Fix Headphones Warranty
At Fix Headphones, we take immense pride in the quality of our workmanship and the parts we supply. We believe in doing the job right the first time, which is why we offer comprehensive warranties to ensure your audio equipment remains in peak condition long after it leaves our lab.
Repair Service Warranty (6 Months)
From 16th February 2026, we are doubling the industry standard length of repair warranty and extending our own warranty to 6 months.
Every repair carried out by our specialist technicians is backed by a 6-month warranty from the date of completion. This covers:
- Replacement Part Malfunctions: We provide full cover for defective functional components. This includes internal failures such as batteries failing to hold a charge, circuit board (PCB) malfunctions, or speaker drivers developing a defect.
- Bad Workmanship: Any issues resulting from the physical installation of the new components.
Please Note: This does not cover accidental damage such as cracks, shatters, or deep scratches caused by drops, knocks, or pressure or new, unrelated faults that may develop, nor does it cover accidental damage, liquid ingress, or "change of mind" regarding the repair.
Refurbished Product Warranty (12 Months)
We have total confidence in our restoration process. Because we meticulously vet and refurbish every headset we sell, all Refurbished Headphones and Earphones purchased directly from our website come with a 12-month warranty.
This covers any internal hardware failures or manufacturing defects that may arise during your first year of ownership. This warranty ensures that your "like-new" headset performs exactly as it should, giving you the same peace of mind as buying brand new.
Parts & Accessories (30-Day Returns)
For DIY components such as Ear Pads, Tools, and Cables, we offer a 30-day return policy.
Unused Parts: If you change your mind, you can return any unused, uninstalled part in its original packaging for a full refund.
Adhesive Warning: Please note that once the 3M adhesive backing has been removed from ear pads, they can no longer be returned for a refund unless they are found to be defective.
What is Not Covered?
Accidental Damage: This includes drops, snaps, or crushed components caused by the user.
General Wear & Tear: The natural aging of materials (such as ear pads) over time through regular use.
Third-Party Tampering: If the headset has been opened or worked on by another repair shop or the user after our service.
Liquid Damage: Any exposure to moisture or submersions.
How to Make a Claim
In the event that you experience an issue, we make the claim process straightforward:
Contact Us: Send an email via our Enquiry Form with your original order number and a brief description of the issue.
Assessment: We may ask for a photo or video to help diagnose the problem remotely.
Return & Rectify: If the issue is covered, we will provide instructions for returning the item to our lab. We will then repair or replace the component and return it to you via tracked postage at no extra cost.
