How Does A Part Exchange Work?

Fill out our Part Exchange Form (see below) and send your headphones to us with the reference number we supply you with. Once we've received your headphones we'll be in contact with your unique Part Exchange Discount Code.

Place an order via our website with your Code & we'll dispatch your new headset via 1st class postage within 1 working day - postage is free.

Alternatively, if you don't want to wait, you can place your order today and pay full price before receiving a refund when we receive your headphones for part exchange.

    Do I Need To Send The Accessories?

    We have no use for your charger or aux cables however if you have your carry case then we'd appreciate it if you sent them with your headset. 

    How Should I Post Them?

    We advise sending via Royal Mail as they are the most reliable & easily accessible. When buying postage labels online through the Royal Mail website you find tracked postage starting from £3.29.

    Not Interested In A Part Exchange?

    Fill out the Part Exchange form above and simply let us know that you'd rather just sell us your headphones and we'll provide you with a reference number for you to send your headphones to us all the same. We'll pay you directly into your bank account upon receiving your headphones.
