How Does A Part Exchange Work?
Fill out our Part Exchange Form (see below) and send your headphones to us with the reference number we supply you with.
Once we've received your headphones we'll be in contact with your unique Part Exchange Discount Code.
Place an order via our website with your Code & we'll dispatch your new headset via 1st class postage within 1 working day. Postage is free.
How Much Discount Will I Receive?
We offer £30 for broken headphones & £40 for functioning headphones for either Beats Solo 3 or Beats Studio 3.
Do I Need To Send The Accessories?
We have no use for your charger or aux cables however if you have your carry case then we'd appreciate it if you sent them with your headset.
How Should I Post Them?
We advise sending via Royal Mail as they are the most reliable & easily accessible. When buying postage labels online through the Royal Mail website you find tracked postage starting from £3.29.
