WHAT CONDITION IS MY HEADSET IN?

All headsets that we sell through this site are Grade A refurbished headsets. There might be some minor scuffs but these are very discreet and not at all unpresentable. For your reassurance we accept returns within 14 days so if you're not happy with the condition upon it's arrival, you can receive the full refund.

We also sell our Grade A headsets via our BackMarket Storefront but at a higher cost than through us directly.

We sell our Grade B & Grade C heasdets via eBay.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

Our warranty ensure that our devices shall be free from functional defects under normal use for a period of 365 days. This does not cover water damage or physical damage that has been caused by consumer negligence.
