How Our Headphone Repair Service Works

  1. Place an order for your desired repair and you’ll receive a pre paid postage label for you to apply to your packaged headphones & drop off at your local Post Office parcelshop. A QR Code will also be available for you to scan at your local parcelshop if you don’t have a printer.

  2. On the day that we receive your headphones, we’ll complete an external inspection and email you to confirm that we’ve received the device & the repair service process is under way.

  3. You can then expect to receive your device back in the turnaround time that is advised the product description of the repair you’ve purchased. You’ll be notified and supplied tracking once your device has been dispatched.
