Hinge

If your hinge has come apart just below the headband and now your headphones are loose and won’t sit properly.

Headband

You’ll need your headband replaced if yours is snapped or damaged – usually near the hinge joint.

Audio Issue

If sound is not being produced in one or both ears

Headband Cushion

If your headband cushion is lost, damaged or separated from the headband

Earpads

If your earpads are loose, lost or generally worn and in need of replacement.
