How Our Headband Replacement Service Works

Place an order for your desired repair and you’ll receive a pre paid postage label for you to apply to your packaged headphones & drop off at your local Post Office parcelshop. A QR Code will also be available for you to scan at your local parcelshop if you don’t have a printer.

On the day that we receive your headphones, we’ll complete an external inspection and email you to confirm that we’ve received the device & the repair service process is under way.

You can then expect to receive your device back in the turnaround time that is advised the product description of the repair you’ve purchased. You’ll be notified and supplied tracking once your device has been dispatched.
Bose Quiet Comfort 35 Headband Repair
Has your headband broken and needs replacing? This is the top ‘arch’ of your headphones that sits directly on the top of your head and runs between two hinges. This repair does not cover an issue with the ‘swivel hinge’.
The headband used in our replacement service may differ slightly from the original but you can be assured that we’re only using the very best available parts on the market. See below for the result of one of our headband replacements!
