Unless stated otherwise, all headsets that we sell through this site are Grade A refurbished headsets. There might be some minor scuffs but these are very discreet and not at all unpresentable. For your reassurance we accept returns within 14 days so if you're not happy with the condition upon it's arrival, you can receive the full refund.
