Beats Studio 2 Wireless Ear Pad Replacement Service

Has your headband broken and needs replacing? This is the top ‘arch’ of your headphones that sits directly on the top of your head and usually runs between two hinges on either side that connect the headband to the arms.

It’s easy to confuse a headband break with a hinge break so please try and determine this before you complete your order.

We’ve provided some photos for you at the bottom of the page to compare with your own headset and assess whether this is the correct repair for you. If you’re not sure then you can send us some photos and we’ll let you know, otherwise, if you’ve selected the incorrect repair then we’ll let you know when we complete our inspection of your headphones on the same working day that we receive them.

How Our Repair Service Works

1. Place an order for your desired repair and you’ll receive a pre paid postage label for you to apply to your packaged headphones & drop off at your local Post Office parcelshop. A QR Code will also be available for you to scan at your local parcelshop if you don’t have a printer.

2. On the day that we receive your headphones, we’ll complete an external inspection and email you to confirm that we’ve received the device & the repair service process is under way.

3. You can then expect to receive your device back in the turnaround time that is advised the product description of the repair you’ve purchased. You’ll be notified and supplied tracking once your device has been dispatched.
