How Does A Part Exchange / Exchange Work?

Fill out our Part Exchange Form (see below) and we'll give you an individual offer for your headphones along with a reference number and instructions on how to send your headphones to us.

If you're happy to go ahead then we'll be in contact via email on the same working day that we receive your headset and depending on whether you choose to sell or exchange you will either receive a bank transfer for the agreed price or proceed with the exchange.

How Much Discount Will I Receive?

We offer the following:

  • Broken headphones: £10-£30
  • Functioning headphones: £30-£50

Do I Need To Send The Accessories?

We have no use for your charger or aux cables however if you have your carry case then we'd appreciate it if you sent them with your headset. 

How Should I Post Them?

We advise sending via Royal Mail as they are the most reliable & easily accessible. When buying postage labels online through the Royal Mail website you find tracked postage starting from £3.29.
