If your ear pads are dis-coloured, loose, ripped, worn or smelly and in need of replacement.
If the headband (the plastic piece between the 2 hinges) is broken & need to be replaced.
If the your ear cup has become detached from the headband due to a missing swivel plug.
How Our Service Works
Place an order for your desired repair and you’ll receive a pre paid postage label for you to apply to your packaged headphones & drop off at your local Post Office.
On the day that we receive your headphones, we’ll complete an external inspection and email you to confirm that we’ve received the device & the repair service process is under way.
You can then expect to receive your device back in the turnaround time that is advised the product description of the repair you’ve purchased. You’ll be notified and supplied tracking once your device has been dispatched.

What If My Device Has Multiple Faults?
There is the option to add additional repairs to your repair order on each repair product page. If you have many faults, you can instead opt to contact us via our 'Get A Quote Form' & we'll give you an individual quote.
