Headband

If your headband has snapped or the plastic on your hinge has snapped but the internal wiring is still intact.

If the rubber headband under cushion is lost, damaged or separated from its inner tracking.
Internal Wiring Issue

If the sound only plays through 1 speaker, depending on which side you have the cable plugged into.
1 Speaker

If one speaker has stopped working, decreased in quality or has a faint crackling.
Both Speakers

If both speakers have stopped working, decreased in quality or have a faint crackling.
Jack Port

If the sound is intermittent in one or both ears depending on the position of the cable or if the jack port is generally damaged.
Earpads

If your earpads are loose, lost or generally worn and in need of replacement.
